Our Skipper Dave was very open to answer questions about the boat and it’s operation with my husband who is fascinated with sailing ships, Kristen and John were friendly and outgoing, knew how to handle the ships sails and rigging, Kristen as bar tender was very accommodating with special drink requests, John was very friendly and generous with the hors d'oeuvres, everyone made eye contact and was eager to answer questions and help. Dave the Sipper had us under sail most of the trip which was great and showed us a spectacular sunset.

My husband and I are here on our honeymoon and went out on snorkel cat last night for a romantic sunset sail. This was an amazing experience and captain Danny boy was wonderful!

Captain Dave and crew, Sean and Dawn were fantastic. This has been a highlight of my trip. If you are staying at Margaritaville this is a must do. And the stars were amazing!

I highly recommend this trip! Captain Dave, Dawn, and Hayden were fabulous hosts! The boat is in pristine condition. The food and drinks were awesome! The sunset was an amazing sight! The pictures just don’t do it justice. The colors danced and changed in the sky for at least 45 minutes. We’ve been on several sunset cruises from Mexico to the Florida Keys. This beat them all in quality, cleanliness, hospitality, and a genuine love of boating, the islands, and the sea.

We did this to top off my wife's birthday after zip lining in the morning. We checked in with Captain Danny who we had met at the Margaritaville lower pool bar two days prior. He is a trip in and of himself. We were greeted on the dock by mates John and Dawn and kicked off our shoes and socks and boarded the Snorkel Cat. There was champagne waiting for us and we settled in for the required safety briefing. After that we settled in and set sail. With the course that was taken we saw no less than 5 sunsets across all the islands not to mention Jupiter, Venus, Mars and a bright moon. We saw a rabbit shaped cloud and just had an overall magical time. We met great people, Holly(her birthday also) and Phil along with another single lady Annie. Along with the champagne there were Painkillers flowing and other mixed drinks, beer, soda etc available all included. Plus they had multiple rounds of hors d'oeuvres which were delicious, the last being a desert brownie that was fantastic. We had two+ hours of sunset and after dark fun with a geography and celestial lesson built in.

Captain Dan was awesome! However the crew, Josh and Kirstin, were not really interactive and attentive as described by others - maybe an off day - as we had to chase down our drinks a few times. Other than that, absolutely great views, and captain Dan was super friendly and interactive.
Disappointing experience

Sunset cruise out of margaritaville. Everyone has to take their shoes off and wet their feet in a bucket for the cruise, floor was wet, saw two people slip. Music played the entire trip - personally would have preferred the sounds of the sea. Had some painkiller cocktails. Appetizers were served- listed as having vegan options & even made a note when booking, but all I had was one piece of bruschetta - super disappointing. Most of the crew were using vape devices during the cruise. One passenger came to the back of the boat and started smoking a cigarette. More passengers than what was expected based on the listing, but within the capacity of the boat. Restroom was on board, but did not use. The views were nice, the boat doesn’t really leave Water Bay where it left from, but you get a nice view of the islands. Overall it was nice to go out onto the water, but we would have preferred a more tranquil experience without the vape pens and cigarettes from staff/passengers. Was not worth the money for me - especially as the vegan food options were almost non existent.

The sunset and views were amazing. Crew was great. A little disappointing that you never stopped the sail to get up and be able to watch the sunset from any angle as well as get good photos like advertised
