We just recently booked with Midnight Sun Charters and had an amazing day on the Caribbean waters! This was a last minute booking that these guys made happen the morning of the trip... we said "in" and it was barely an hour later that Captain Chris was pulling in Great Bay picking us up and later dropping us back off at the Ritz Carlton. We had 6 couples and had an amazing experience hitting up the Sandy Spit and Soggy Dollar for an unforgettable afternoon! Captain Chris was very professional and on top of his game for the entire day! We are looking forward to booking with Midnight Sun Charters when we come back in 2023!
Captain Colin was a rockstar! If you have the desire for a first class captain, boat, speaker system and epic playlist....book Obsidian NOW!!!!! We had an amazing day with Colin. Great drinks and destinations. Check out the BVI and have a drink with Foxy! Check out Sandy Spit, The Indians and Willy T's! Order the Painkiller and chill! You will not be disappointed. If it sounds expensive, don't hesitate because it is well worth every penny!
Our day with Colin aboard The Obsidian was truly the pinnacle of our week in St. Thomas! He made the day really memorable and epic for each of us! Notably, he built rapport with all of us, including our teenage kids. The snorkeling was the best we’ve ever experienced (among Turks, Grand Cayman, Bahamas, Cabo, etc). We had an amazing lunch at the coolest isolated island location. We hit the Soggy Dollar and saw Willy T’s (Colin was ready for us to go aboard Willy T’s, but we chose to cruise around instead). The Obsidian is simply badass. We felt a little like The Crue (Motley) pulling up to customs and the beaches. Lastly, if nothing else, hearing Colin’s nomadic story of how he arrived in the USVI was worth the price of admission! This company, experience/itinerary, and Captain Colin are top-shelf! 5-stars from the Arkansas Edwards. Very highly recommended!!!!

Our group of 8 spent a week in St Thomas, and this by far was the best day of our trip! Highly recommend the full BVI's 8-hour trip, and add an extra hour at the end! After a quick ride on Obsidian from Compass Point Marina, to Tortola to check in with BVI customs first, our AMAZING Captain Colin took us to Virgin Gorda to swim into the Bath's, Norman Island for lunch at Willy-T, a quick sightseeing stop at the Caves, a swiming stop at Sandy Spit, and of course Painkillers at the Soggy Dollar on Jost Van Dyke! After checking back into the US at St John, Captain Colin took our group snorkeling with the turtles at a beach with most blue and green Caribbean Waters! Prior to booking, I had several conversations with both the owner of the company, and with Captain Colin, both were always very responsive and helpful! If you do one experience while in St Thomas, this should be it!
