Peaceful, beautiful tour to explore the ocean

Here is what we loved -- knowledgeable hosts, gourmet lunch prepared right on deck, quiet music (on another boat we were blasted out by the level of sound), excellent companions, and cool snorkel stops. We have been on many snorkel trips in the Caribbean and Hawaii and this one rated right at the top. We too loved every minute. Thanks Hunter and Jamie.

Hunter and Jamie were amazing! They took great care of us from start to finish. We had a great day with them. Everything was top notch from the sailing, drinks, snorkeling in the best spots and even got a nap on the boat rocking in the sun. Hunter and Jamie fixed us a great lunch. We couldn't have asked for any more perfect of a day. A great way to start our vacation! We can't wait to come back and see you again!!

Our day with Hunter and Jamie was great. Very relaxing and smooth sailing. Answered every question we had, food was great, rum punch was great. Highly recommended for anyone that wants a tour to remember. Snorkelling turtles and fish everywhere. Awesome tour.

The full day sail with Max Charters is a must do if you are in St. Thomas! The boat was beautiful and the crew, Hunter and Jamie, were so pleasant and made the trip very enjoyable. The stops for snorkeling and beach time were awesome. Food and drinks were great. An overall perfect day!! An excursion well worth your time.

Hunter and Jamie did a great job on out full day sail. We lucked out and it ended up just being 3 of us and it was such a relaxing day. From snorkeling with fish and turtles to the nap on the bow on the way back to Red Hook it was an awesome day.

It was a terrific experience sailing. Stopped at three snorkeling locations spending one hour at each spot. Hunter and Jamie were terrific hosts. We were served lunch, drinks and snacks. Two of the snorkeling spots were on St. John and you could spend time on the beautiful beaches if you don’t want to snorkel. Snorkeling equipment is provided. The experience is semiprivate, limited to 6 people on our trip. Would definitely do it again.

Great Day at Sea

We chartered with Max Charters in early January 2023. Hunter (aka Tucker) and Jamie were absolutely lovely. We sailed from St. Thomas to St. John and everything--from the sailboat to the easy conversation to the delicious lunch--made this one of our favorite days on our trip. The amazing blue water and the secluded beaches are always beautiful, but sailing with Jamie and Hunter made it extra special. It's like they carved out their own piece of paradise, and they were gracious enough to share it with us.
