Fantastic Full Day of Snorkeling & Lunch!

Captain Greg and Nate treated us to a fantastic day of sightseeing, snorkeling, and lunch. On the way to Maho Bay, Greg and Nate took us on a tour of the St. John coast, highlighting points of interest and history along the way.
Snorkeling at Maho Bay was awesome. Our group saw turtles, rays, and a variety of other fish. I recommend venturing over near the rocky shore as we saw a different set of creatures there vs the open bay.
We next headed to Waterlemon Cay for more exceptional snorkeling. We saw an octopus there and another vast array of sea life.
On the way back, we had lunch at Lovango Beach Club. Beautiful site for pictures and just relaxing!
This trip was absolutely one of the highlights of our vacation. Greg and Nate provided just the right amount of history, humor, and local info!

Awesome Day on the Ocean

Captain Greg and Nate were awesome. They took us to the best beaches St. John had to offer. We had the greatest snorkeling experience ever. Our family snorkeled wrecks, swam with turtles, saw manta rays, a spotted eagle ray and nurse sharks along with numerous beautiful smaller tropical fish. The boat was spacious, clean and comfortable. The music was good and the conversations were fun. We could not have asked for anything more.

Captain Greg and Alicia (mermaid) were absolutely awesome. It’s hard to know what you are signing up for. When we were greeted by captain Greg and got on the Hydra boat, I knew we were in good hands. They were very accommodating, knowledgeable and fun! Not to mention safe. We are so thankful!!!! The day was absolutely perfect. Highly recommend.

This charter was the BEST part of our trip to the USVI’s. Captain Greg and Aaron were so attentive, fun, and knowledgeable on our outing. We will 100% be booking with Seas The Day on our next trip.

All the arrangements worked out for our family group of 7. The Hydara was comfortable and had plenty of shaded cover. Captain Gregg and assistant Nate were friendly and most accommodating with my 87 yr. old mother. Nate was particularly friendly and outgoing. Plenty of drinks offered. The itinerary worked out great and enjoyed the snorkeling, though not coral reefs at Brewers Bay. Only drawback was the ladder to get back up into the ship. It was too short to access the bottom rung easily and the rungs themselves were pretty painful to step on to.
